Students – use towards your volunteer hours
Planning Team – help plan and implement the event. Communicate with all teams and track progress.
Marketing Team – plan & oversee marketing including printed materials, press releases, signage and social media campaigns. Arrange for visual media teams to take pictures and video at event.
Sponsorship Team – seek out potential sponsors and provide information. Track sponsors and assist with questions or concerns. Provide ongoing communication. Coordinate VIP tent at event.
Budgeting Team – oversee budget and expenditures with various teams.
Entertainment Team – search out, review and schedule the entertainment and guest speakers. Book an emcee and provide a script. Oversee set up and tear down teams.
Barbecue Team – coordinate all food, beverages, condiments & items needed for this area, as well as teams for cooking, set up and clean up.
Obstacle Team – plan and develop obstacles. At event; supervise obstacle, encouraging participants and dousing with paint while ensuring safety and reporting any problems or concerns. Each obstacle represents an asset category so strategize ways to promote the asset category.
Mini Games Area Team – coordinate and supervise this area, scheduling volunteers to oversee each mini game and ensure ongoing safety and support.
Maintenance Team – schedule maintenance and cleanup crews.
Registration – register participants at the event, providing them with t-shirts and information.
